Entry for our Awards is free, with two winners to receive a prize of £5,000 each at a prestigious ceremony in London in June 2013.

But winning an Ashden Award is about more than the prize money. If you are successful we’ll also help you develop your work even further and learn from other schools leading the way in sustainability.

What are we looking for?

We don’t necessarily expect you to have everything sorted. What we’re really interested in is the progress you’ve made to embed sustainability into your culture and the potential you show for inspiring other schools to follow.

Winning an Ashden Award has given real credibility to the work we have been doing, as well as the encouragement to develop it further. It also has led to new opportunities and partnership working that our school has greatly benefited from.”
